Our PO Box is not for client use—any mail sent will be discarded.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Security deposits are refundable only for business center use.

Late Payments and Legal Action

A 12% monthly penalty applies to late payments.
Returned cheques incur a fee of AED 200.

Auto-Renewals and Service Termination

Services renew automatically unless you cancel with two months’ advance notice.
All dues must be cleared before termination.
